Siesta AI
The Siesta AI Browser Extension is now available for Microsoft Edge. Edge users can work with Siesta AI agents in the browser side panel, attach context from the current page, and allow an agent to act on the tab. Teams can now use the extension directly in Edge without moving browser-based work into Chrome.

One browser workflow across more of the company
The Chrome release brought Siesta AI agents into the browser. Edge support extends that workflow to teams and managed environments where Microsoft’s browser is the standard.
Browser choice often varies across one company. IT may manage Edge centrally, while other teams use Chrome. Supporting both lets employees keep their established browser while following the same working pattern: open the side panel, select an agent, and work with the page already on screen. This can make internal rollout easier. Teams can define one process for browser-based work instead of asking Edge users to adopt another browser. Each tab also maintains a separate conversation, keeping a supplier portal, support case, and research task from sharing the same context.
Put the right agent on the right website
Administrators can enable agents for the Browser Extension and assign specific agents to specific websites. When a user opens the extension on an assigned site, it switches to the relevant agent automatically. For example, an administrator can assign an agent to a browser-based support system. Employees start with the agent configured for that task instead of searching through unrelated options.
Browser actions remain under user control
The extension can read the page, take screenshots, click, type, scroll, and navigate. Ask mode is the default and confirms actions that change the page. Off keeps browser control away from the current page, while Auto runs actions without confirmation and is not remembered between sessions. The extension reads page content only when the user attaches it or enables browser control. Attached content, screenshots, and files are uploaded to Siesta AI, so organizational rules for confidential content and personal data still apply.
Available now for Edge
The extension requires Microsoft Edge 116 or later. Install it from Microsoft Edge Add-ons, pin it to the toolbar, open the side panel, and select Sign in to Siesta. Private-deployment customers can use Connect to organization, import their configuration file, and sign in with Microsoft.
