Dear Users
One of our top priorities is the protection of your personal data. In this document, you will find all the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data by Siesta Solution s.r.o., Company ID: 07491441, with its registered office at Bruselská 14, 120 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 301961 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") within the Siesta AI platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") for the use of the Platform by users and others (hereinafter referred to as "Providers"), who are enabled by the Operator to upload and offer their products, services and/or content through the Platform, portal admins designing the content of so-called portals (hereinafter referred to as "Portal Admins"), and affiliate partners of the Operator who promote the Providers through their affiliate websites on the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Affiliate Partners") (collectively referred to as "Users").

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use of the website siesta.ai (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rules for using the website at siesta.ai (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") by users (hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "Clients").
The Website is operated by SIESTA SOLUTION s.r.o., with its registered office at Bruselská 266/14, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Company ID: 05203503 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
Access to and use of the Website is free of charge. The Siesta AI service is subject to a fee, and in order to use it, the Client must enter into a relevant agreement with the Operator.
The Client bears the costs incurred in connection with accessing and using the Website (e.g., internet connection costs).
The Client is obligated to comply with the laws of the Czech Republic and these Terms when using the Website.
The Client's access to the Website may be restricted or terminated at any time if the Client violates obligations imposed by these Terms.
While using the Website, the Client is prohibited from interfering with its security or using functions not made available to them. If the Client violates this prohibition, they are liable for the consequences, including any damage that may result from their actions.
The Client does not acquire any rights to use the Website beyond viewing its content and using the features that are explicitly offered within their device.
In the event that the Website provides the Client with copyrighted works or other legally protected content (e.g., videos) (hereinafter referred to as "Protected Works"), the Client may only use such Protected Works by viewing or playing them within the Website. The Client is not permitted to alter, copy, reproduce, decompile, or allow third parties to use such Protected Works.
It is the Client's responsibility to familiarize themselves with these Terms before each use of the Website.
The Operator may modify the Website at any time without prior notice.
Submitting Inquiries
The User is entitled to contact the Operator via the Website to submit inquiries. The User must provide their first name, last name, contact email address, and the content of the inquiry in the relevant fields, and then click the "Send" button to submit the inquiry.
The User acknowledges that the Operator is not obliged to respond to the User's inquiry.
The User acknowledges that by submitting an inquiry, they provide their personal data to the Operator, who is authorized to process such data, as explained in the attached information on the processing of personal data.
Final Provisions
The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally change or supplement these Terms at any time without expressly notifying individual Clients.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, regardless of from where the Website was accessed or used. If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or ineffective, such invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that best corresponds to the meaning of the invalid provision. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of one provision does not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
These Terms are effective as of 24 June 2025.
