GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms of Use of the website https://siesta.ai (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rules for the use of the website located at siesta.ai (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") by users (hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "Clients").
The Website is operated by SIESTA SOLUTION s.r.o., with its registered office at Bruselská 266/14, Vinohrady, 120 00, Prague 2, Czech Republic, Company ID: 05203503 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
Access to and use of the Website is free of charge. The Siesta AI platform is subject to a fee, and in order to use it, the Client must conclude the relevant agreement with the Operator.
The Client shall bear all costs incurred in connection with accessing and using the Website (e.g., costs of internet connection, etc.).
The Client is obliged to comply with the laws of the Czech Republic and these Terms when using the Website.
The Client's access to the Website may be restricted or terminated at any time in the event that the Client breaches the obligations set out in these Terms.
When using the Website, the Client is strictly prohibited from interfering with its security or using features that are not made available to them. In the event that the Client breaches this prohibition, they shall be liable for any consequences resulting from their actions, including any damage that may arise.
The Client does not acquire any rights to use the Website beyond viewing its content and utilizing the functionalities that are clearly offered within their device.
If copyrighted works or other legally protected content (e.g., videos) (hereinafter referred to as the "Protected Works") are provided to the Client on the Website, the Client may only use such Protected Works by viewing or playing them on the Website. The Client must not interfere with, copy, reproduce, decompile, or make such Protected Works available to third parties.
It is the Client's responsibility to review these Terms before each use of the Website.
The Operator is entitled to make changes to the Website at any time without prior notice.
Submitting Inquiries
The User is entitled to contact the Operator via the Website to submit an inquiry. The User is required to enter their first name, last name, contact email address, and the content of their inquiry into the relevant fields and then click the "Submit" button to successfully send the inquiry.
The User acknowledges that the Operator is under no obligation to respond to the User's inquiry.
The User acknowledges that by submitting the inquiry, they provide their personal data to the Operator, who is authorized to process this data, as explained separately in the attached information on the processing of personal data.
Final Provisions
The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend or supplement these Terms at any time, without specific notice to individual Clients.
These Terms are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic, regardless of the location from which access to or use of the Website is made. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or ineffective, it shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the intent of the invalid provision. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision does not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
These Terms shall enter into force on 25 June 2024.
