We’re happy to announce that Siesta AI has been selected for the Stuttgart Fellowship (Startup Welcome Package), and we’ll be heading to Stuttgart as part of the Engage program.
This is an important step in how we approach growth. We’re putting real focus on the European market, with a strong emphasis on Germany, not as a distant plan, but as a practical next stage for partnerships, business development, and long-term presence in the EU ecosystem.
Stuttgart Fellowship for European market expansion
The Startup Welcome Package is a fellowship program designed to introduce and immerse international startups and young tech companies into the innovation ecosystem of the Stuttgart Region in Germany. It combines online sessions with an on-site phase, so startups can first build context and then spend focused time in the region meeting the right people in person. The program is supported by the Stuttgart Region Economic Development Corporation (WRS) and ecosystem partners. It’s built around access and real market learning, connecting startups with local corporates, mentors, and support networks, and helping them understand how collaboration and business development work in the region.
For international teams, this matters because markets like Germany tend to reward credibility and consistency. Relationships compound over time, but they usually start with the right introductions and enough local context to avoid misreading what customers and partners actually need.

Why Stuttgart matters for Germany and Europe
Stuttgart is a strong place to learn quickly because it sits close to real operational environments where B2B technology either proves itself or gets rejected fast. The region combines deep industry know-how with an active innovation network, which typically leads to more grounded conversations about what works in practice.
For Siesta AI, the timing is intentional. Europe, and especially Germany, is a market where momentum is built through trust, delivery, and local relationships. If we want to build a serious footprint here, we need to be present in the ecosystem, listen carefully, and invest in partnerships that make collaboration and adoption easier.
A practical observation we’re bringing into the fellowship is that entering a market is not a single decision. It’s a set of operational decisions that stack up: who you work with, how you position, how you validate demand, and how you sustain momentum after the first few meetings. A program like this helps reduce guesswork because it compresses learning and increases the number of high-quality conversations in a short time.
What we’re focusing on in Stuttgart
During the Engage program, we’re going to Stuttgart with clear goals and a bias toward action. We want to build high-quality connections within the Stuttgart startup ecosystem, founders, operators, and ecosystem organizations that can help us understand the region faster and more accurately than remote outreach alone.
We’re exploring partnership and collaboration opportunities. In B2B, the best outcomes often come from working with people who already understand the local buyer landscape and can help turn early conversations into real opportunities, whether that’s through introductions, joint projects, or longer-term cooperation.cWe also want to learn from workshops and local experts. These sessions are most valuable when they translate local experience into practical insight: what companies expect, what slows down collaboration, and what successful relationships look like in this region.
Finally, we’re there to represent Siesta AI and expand our EU network. Stuttgart is an important node, but the relationships built there often connect to a wider European ecosystem across cities, industries, and partner networks.
