Product Engineer

Siesta AI is an enterprise AI platform that connects company data, tools and workflows with AI agents. We build everything from AI search and chat to agent orchestration, workflows, knowledge systems and enterprise integrations.

As a Product Engineer you work across the stack and own features from idea to production. You will not be maintaining one small piece of a large system. You help decide how things should work, build them, ship them and keep improving them.

What you will work on

• Build new features across the Siesta AI platform.
• Develop backend services and APIs in C# and .NET.
• Build modern interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Work with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, search and structured company context.
• Integrate external tools, APIs and enterprise systems.
• Design features end to end, from database and backend to UX.
• Improve performance, reliability and developer experience.
• Ship frequently and work directly with the rest of the product team.

We use multiple AI models and keep experimenting with new approaches to agents, retrieval, reasoning and automation.
