Forward Deployed Engineer

Take Siesta AI from platform to production inside real companies.

Our customers do not need another chatbot. They connect Siesta AI to company knowledge, documents, business systems and critical processes. Some run it in our cloud. Others deploy it privately inside their own Azure environment or infrastructure.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you work directly with customers to understand difficult business problems and turn Siesta AI into a working production solution. Think software engineer, architect and problem solver, sitting close to the customer.

What you will work on

  • Work directly with enterprise customers on real AI implementations.
  • Understand their systems, their data and their business processes.
  • Design technical solutions using Siesta AI.
  • Build integrations with customer systems and APIs.
  • Configure and extend AI agents, search, workflows and knowledge pipelines.
  • Build custom functionality when the platform does not support something yet.
  • Work with large document and data sets.
  • Deploy Siesta into private customer cloud environments.
  • Solve authentication, networking, permissions and enterprise integration challenges.
  • Turn what you learn from customers into improvements to the core Siesta platform.

Example problems

You might help a customer:

Analyze thousands of documents during due diligence.
Continuously monitor markets, regulations or competitors.
Review large tenders and identify risks.
Connect SharePoint, internal databases and business applications to AI agents.
Build a company knowledge layer across fragmented systems.
Deploy Siesta privately inside their Azure environment.
Automate a critical internal process that used to take days of manual work.

Technologies you will touch

You do not need to be the deepest expert in every part of the stack. You do need to be comfortable figuring things out.

You might be a good fit if

  • You are a strong software engineer who also likes talking to people.
  • You can take an ambiguous business problem and turn it into a technical system.
  • You are comfortable working across application, AI and infrastructure layers.
  • You like getting close to how companies actually operate.
  • You can move quickly without leaving fragile hacks behind.
  • You would rather solve a difficult customer problem than polish an isolated component for six months.
  • You are comfortable taking ownership from the first workshop through to production.

This is not

Customer support. And it is not traditional consulting, where you write a slide deck and someone else builds the solution.

You sit with the problem, design the solution and write the code that makes it work.

Our engineering team works together from our Prague office, mostly in person, with remote days and time at customer sites as the work requires.
