Product Specialist
Want to build AI solutions that actually run inside large companies, not just demos?
Apply for this roleAbout Siesta AI
We are building Siesta AI, a Czech AI startup with the ambition to succeed across Europe. We develop our own platform for enterprise use of AI and deploy it at companies in energy, manufacturing, logistics, aerospace and real estate, in the Czech Republic and abroad.
A customer rarely needs another demo. They need a specific process, built on their own data, that works on Monday morning. We are looking for the person who builds exactly that on our platform: from the first idea through agents, workflows and integrations to testing and handover to the client.
You work on the Siesta AI platform every day, next to the people who sell it and the people who build it. You are the first to try new features, the first to find out what is missing, and the one who turns a one-off solution for one customer into a template the next customer gets in a week.
We are not looking for someone who wants to configure the same thing over and over from a manual. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of building an AI product while it is still small enough for one person to shape it, and already runs at real enterprise customers.
What you will do
- Sit down with the customer and our business team, understand the process and design how to build it on Siesta AI.
- Set up agents, workflows, data sources and integrations and take the use case to the point where the customer actually uses it.
- Test what you built, find the weak spots and fix them before the customer does.
- Turn internal and customer use cases into reusable templates and documented patterns.
- Try new platform features first and give the product team concrete feedback on what works and what is missing.
- Write the short guides and examples that help customers and colleagues build on their own.
- Support the business team with prototypes for meetings when a working example says more than a slide.
- Own the technical side of a handover: what runs, how it is configured, what to watch.
No two use cases are alike
Different company, different data, different process. In one month you might:
AI has to be a normal working tool for you
We are an AI company, so we do not want to explain to anyone why ChatGPT or Claude is useful. You do not need to be a senior developer. You do need to understand how LLMs, agents, retrieval and integrations work, to read and write enough code to put together a script, an integration or a prompt change on your own, and to already use AI daily to build things, not just to ask it questions.
Who we are looking for
- You have built things with AI that someone actually uses, not just tried.
- You understand how LLMs, agents, RAG and APIs fit together and where they break.
- You can read and write code well enough to be independent, in Python or similar.
- You can talk to a customer, understand their process and explain what is possible and what is not.
- You test your own work and finish it to the point where it runs, not where it looks finished.
- You like a small team where product, delivery and sales sit next to each other.
- You use AI tools every day and keep up with what they can do.
- You finish things and do not need ten reminders.
- You want to grow faster than a classic career path allows.
Experience with automation tools such as Make, n8n or Power Automate, with Python, or with a product or implementation role is an advantage, not a condition. What you have built and whether it runs matters more to us than a perfect CV.
Why Siesta AI
We do not want to build another small AI tool. We want to build a company that helps large organisations actually get AI into their everyday operations: securely, practically and at scale.
And we are still at the stage where one capable person has a real impact on the result of the company. That means:
- Direct contact with the leadership of the company.
- A minimum of management layers.
- Real customers and real deployments, not internal pilots.
- A direct line to the product team and influence on what gets built next.
- Responsibility that grows quickly.
- Room to shape what your role looks like in a year or two.
If you are looking for an environment where you get a precisely defined list of tasks and spend the next five years climbing a prepared career ladder, we are probably not the right fit.
If you want to join a company before everything is finished and obvious, this may be exactly for you.
What we offer
- Full-time work directly in an AI startup.
- Direct cooperation with the leadership of the company and the product team.
- Work on real deployments at large Czech and international clients.
- The chance to learn how an enterprise AI product is built, delivered and sold.
- Fast professional growth based on results and the responsibility you take on.
- A young team and a minimum of corporate nonsense.
- Team lunches every Wednesday.
- A pet-friendly office.
- A discounted Multisport card.
- Stays at our guesthouse in the Jizera Mountains.
- An office at Bruselska 14 in Prague Vinohrady.
In practice
- Full-time.
- Prague office 3 days a week, 2 days remote.
- Cooperation as a contractor or another agreed form.
- Start by agreement, ideally as soon as possible.
